At Strides Running Store, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your miles; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your gear within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or enter your order number on our returns page to generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items back into their original shoe box or apparel packaging and secure them in a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
